We are proud to stand 100% behind our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply obtain a return authorization number from our customer service & return your product for a refund.
Any claim for damages or discrepancies must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org within five (5) business days of receiving your order. You must notify Millennium Candles Customer Service by email or phone. Please note that custom orders are final and there are no returns or refunds. All returns require obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Shipping charges and gift-wrapping charges are non-refundable, except in the event that Millennium Candles shipped you the wrong items. Customers receiving free shipping will be charged the exact shipping charge for shipping if their order is returned for a refund of the original purchase price.
Refunds will only be made to the original payment within 7-10 days of our receipt of the return.
A 15% return fee may apply in the case of wrong ordered item by the client.
A 15% restocking fee will be added to cancellations that have been processed to be ship.
All non-defective items returned must be in the original complete packaging must be returned in its original condition within 7 days of receiving your order. non-defective merchandise must be returned in its original condition as well as to be ship inside of a shipping box .
Please note: If you return any item that has been opened, then the return to Millennium Candles will not be accepted and if we need to ship the items back to you, then we will have to charge additional shipping charges.
We recommend a shipping method that is traceable so that your shipment will not be lost in the mail. We cannot be responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error. Our full liability is limited to the refund of the purchase price of the merchandise.
Changes and Cancellations
We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we can change or cancel an order as long as the order has not yet been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. We ship orders Monday - Friday. If you place an order on a weekend day or national holiday it will be processed the next business day.
To expedite your order please call our customer service rep and ask for the shipping rate. This service is available according to product availability.
If you need Overnight, Second Day or Express delivery, please place your order with Standard Method and contact our Customer Service either by email or by calling our Customer Service number. Your shipping fee will be calculated and will be added to your invoice.
If Signature Service is not requested. Millennium Candles is not responsible for any lost or melted packages that are Left at the door.
International buyers, please do not ask us to declare your item as a "gift" or "sample" on the customs forms to avoid duties. Any duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and we cannot declare your item a "gift" or "sample. We will abide by all US laws and will declare your item's value at the full purchase price.
Address Change Charges The shipping company charges a $15.00 fee for an address change after a shipment is underway. If the shipping address error occurred at time of order placement by the customer during order checkout online, the customer will be subject to a $15.00 address correction charge posted to the credit card used on the particular order. For each additional package you will be charged $10.00.
