Shipping Policy

We ship orders Monday - Friday. If you place an order on a weekend day or national holiday it will be processed the next business day.
 
To expedite your order please call our customer service rep and ask for the shipping rate. This service is available according to product availability.
 
If you need Overnight, Second Day or Express delivery, please place your order with Standard Method and contact our Customer Service either by email or by calling our Customer Service number. Your shipping fee will be calculated and will be added to your invoice. If Signature Service is not requested. Millennium Candles is not responsible for any lost or melted packages that are Left at the door.
 
International buyers, please do not ask us to declare your item as a "gift" or "sample" on the customs forms to avoid duties. Any duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and we cannot declare your item a "gift" or "sample. We will abide by all US laws and will declare your item's value at the full purchase price.
 
Address Change Charges The shipping company charges a $15.00 fee for an address change after a shipment is underway. If the shipping address error occurred at time of order placement by the customer during order checkout online, the customer will be subject to a $15.00 address correction charge posted to the credit card used on the particular order. For each additional package you will be charged $8.00.
